PURCHASING CONDITIONS

MonOutlet.com has been registered by DAVID GRACIA TALÓN , VAT. No. 39.363.143-T, tax residence in C/ Pere Vilella, 12, 2º, 08243 Manresa, Barcelona.

PREAMBLE

The following General Conditions for On-line Shopping will be applicable to MonOutlet.com and anyone who purchases goods through MonOutlet.com. The parties expressly agree that their commercial relationship will be exclusively governed by these General Conditions for On-line Shopping, which the customer will accept beforehand.

In the event of any modifications on behalf of MonOutlet.com, the conditions applied to the user will always be those accepted at the time of the transaction.

ART. 1 PURCHASE APPLICATION

In order to purchase goods on MonOutlet.com, you must register, be of legal age, and have the legal powers to conduct the transaction.

When you decide to finalise the purchase contract of one or more MonOutlet.com products, you will have to fill in the order form providing all the necessary personal data to process the order as well as the method of payment and the shipment.

The order form includes a summary of the General Purchasing Conditions, prices, the methods of payment, shipping charges, return policies and the deadline for returning products.

Before sending your order sheet, we recommend you to revise, correct possible mistakes when entering your details, and to read through the General Sales Conditions. Printing a copy for personal use would be advisable.

The contract is closed once MonOutlet.com receives an e-mail with the order form and when the data in the order has been checked.

The order form will be filed in our databank over a period of time for the correct delivery of orders, and always within the limits set by the law.

Once the contract is closed, MonOutlet.com will be responsible for your purchase order.

MonOutlet.com may refrain from processing purchase orders that are submitted by people lacking sufficient guarantees of solvency, those that are incomplete or incorrect, or in the event that a product is unavailable. In that case, the buyer would be informed by e-mail that MonOutlet .com has not accepted the purchase order , and therefore will not be able to close the contract for specific reasons, which will be indicated. The buyer will receive a refund.

If a product presented by MonOutlet.com is not available or on sale at the time of sending your order form, MonOutlet.com will inform you accordingly (within two week’s time from the day after you sent your order to MonOutlet.com).

In the event that the order form has been sent and the goods paid for , MonOutlet.com will offer a refund.

When submitting the order form, you are accepting the General Purchasing Conditions and ready to comply with these during your transaction with MonOutlet.com. Should you disagree with the terms mentioned beforehand in the General Sales Conditions, we advise you to refrain from sending the purchase order sheet for MonOutlet.com products.

ART. 2 – THE PRODUCTS

At MonOutlet.com you will find original, good quality outlet clothes, exclusive brand names and well-known designers’ clothes at good prices.

MonOutlet.com has made an effort to show the true colors of the items, however the color of the articles may vary depending on the quality of your computer screen. MonOutlet.com cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your screen are the exact real ones.

All the products sold at MonOutlet.com go through three rigorous quality controls: upon purchasing the clothes, when the items reach our warehouse, and before sending the order. This is shown on the identification labels with marks and stamps. We advise you to try on the garment without removing the label nor harming the sealing in case you must return the goods. MonOutlet.com will not accept returns without the corresponding label or damaged goods.

ART. 3 – THE PRICES

All prices include VAT, however they do not include the shipping charges. These are added separately.

Product prices are subject to updates.

The minimum order quantity is 25 euros.

ART. 4 – PAYMENTS

You may choose from the following options for the payment of the goods and the shipping charges:

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Credit card payments are made through La Caixa. You must enter your credit card details/ debit details. All transactions are guaranteed by the security, confidentiality and integrity policies offered by La Caixa.

PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL

Another option is to pay through Pay-Pal. In this case you require a PayPal account. It can be opened at www.paypal.es . PayPal is in charge of the online payment and no bank details are required at the time of purchase.

An SSL Servcie is available as well in order to guarantee the security in all communications and prevent anyone other than the intended recipient from viewing the information.

Under no circumstances will your bank details be stored on MonOutlet.com servers and databases. The data will never be used by MonOutlet.com. It will soley be used to complete your purchase, to issue a reimbursement in the event of any returned items, or to prevent and report any fraud committed on MonOutlet.com.

COLLECT ON DELIVERY

The order in this case is processed by e-mail through info@monoutlet.com or by dialing +34 622-342-122. There is an additional 5% charge added onto the total price and the minimum order is 25€.

The courier will not accept cheques nor return change, therefore it is advisable to have the exact sum ready upon receiving your order.

Please note that for reimbursement it is necessary to have a current account or PO Box.

BANK TRANSFER (T/T)

In this case the order is processed by e-mail through info@monoutlet.com or by dialing +34 622.342.122.

ART. 5 - DISCOUNTS

We offer outlet products, therefore the prices are already reduced. They are generally 50% cheaper than the actual season price. We occasionally may offer an additional discount on some products in a particular campaign. This will be duly notified. This may also occur during the sales season.

ART. 6 – AVAILABILITY

Information on product availability and applicable prices is displayed on MonOutlet.com at all times. Once the order is confirmed by MonOutlet.com by e-mail, the availability and price issue is closed as well.

Availability and prices are subject to changes. All notice of changes will be duly posted on MonOutlet.com and will not affect previous transactions whether they have been confirmed by MonOutlet.com or not.

ART. 7 – SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

Please check the section on Shipment for further information on the shipment and delivery of goods. We suggest reviewing the text carefully as the enclosed information is part of the General Purchasing Conditions. Sending an order form to MonOutlet.com will constitute your acceptance of the guidelines governing our services.

ART. 8 – CUSTOMER SERVICE

ART. 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At MonOutlet.com we care about our customers’ satisfaction. Should you be dissatisfied with the purchase, whether you dislike the garment or it does not fit, your right of withdrawal may be exercised during the following 7 working days from the date on which you receive the items. The products must be returned within this period of time. We will not accept any returns after this time. Items will not be exchanged either. Refunds will be provided by bank transfer. The transport charges for the first delivery will not be returned. We shall cover the shipping charges of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal will be valid providing that the following conditions are respected:

  1. The items must be returned unused and in the original packing.

  2. The items must not have been worn, laundered or damaged.

  3. The MonOutlet.com identification tags must be attached to the garment with the corresponding sealing.

  4. Returns must be sent to MonOutlet.com in a single shipment ( we reserve the right to refuse any items belonging to the same order , but sent at different times).

  5. Get in contact with us through my account, my order status, or returns and fill in the reasons for the return.

  6. Fill in the “Returns Form” properly including the return number.

  7. Returns must be picked up by the courier within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Please contact ENVIALIA by calling the freephone no. +34 902400909 to organize the pick up.

  8. Once the correct refund has been checked and all the terms and conditions have been fulfilled, MonOutlet.com will process the refund. The amount to be refunded will be provided within 30 days.

REFUNDS

REFUND PROCEDURE

MonOutlet.com retains the right to refuse to process a refund when the buyer does not fulfill the above terms and conditions. You may obtain a refund for the products in the state in which they have been returned to MonOutlet.com, however all the charges for the return, including the transport, taxes or customs taxes will be covered by the buyer. If the buyer refuses to accept these terms, MonOutlet.com may withhold the merchandise and the refund.

The purchase contract will terminate once the goods have been returned. MonOutlet.com will  refund the payment made by the user within 30 days by bank transfer.

The courier MonOutlet.com works with is ENVIALIA. All shipments and returns are processed through ENVIALIA. You may return your goods through ENVIALIA. We do not cover shipment fees for returns through other transport companies. You are held responsible for any incurred fees, damage or loss.
