  1. WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES DOES MONOUTLET.COM SELL?

MonOutlet.com sells outlet clothes. We feature high quality and exclusive brand products. You can find a selection of the best pieces from each designer, which has been carefully selected by MonOutlet.com.

We look for those garments amongst the leftovers from other seasons, which meet our quality and style criteria. This is what makes us different from other shops.

All sizes are not available for each item, owing to the fact that we purchase what has not been sold during the season. This is the reason why you may not be able to find your size. Should you not be able to find your size in an item you’d like, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. Please refer to art. 9.

All the clothing is subject to three rigorous quality controls: when ordered, upon arriving at our warehouse, and before sending the order. This is reflected on the identification tags with marks and stamps.


  1. HOW DO I REGISTER?

All you have to do is click on “My account” or “Sign in” at the top right hand corner of MonOutlet.com. Then click on “New user”, and a questionnaire will appear, which you can fill in and that is all.

Once it is activated, whenever you want to enter as a user, please click on “My account” or “Sign in”, and enter your e-mail and password.


  1. HOW CAN I SHOP ON MONOUTLET.COM?

You may surf the web, browse … without registering.

In order to shop on MonOutlet.com you must be registered. Please refer to the previous paragraph (2).

The website has been designed so that you may search the web through the use of designers, , categories, new trends or new designers. Just choose the option that best meets your needs. All the products that fit in with your choice will be shown immediately. Please choose the product you would like, and a page with a description of the item will be shown including its sizes to compare with similar garments you may have at home, a table of sizes to help you choose your size, several pictures from different angles to see the product well, and some tips on other products to combine with.


Furthermore, you can use an advanced search by writing one or several words as in any other traditional search engine, situated on the top left- hand side.

Once you have chosen an item, it must be included in the shopping cart by pressing the ADD button. You may continue shopping for other items and add them to your cart. In order to see the products in your cart, there is a shopping cart icon at the top right –hand side of the screen with the contents in red. Select the shopping cart and a page with the summary of your purchase will appear with the prices. By pressing the + sign (in green) and the - sign (in red), you may eliminate goods, and add or subtract quantities. Then you may continue shopping “ CONTINUE” , or finalize your order “ORDER”.

If you decide to finalize your order, a site will appear on which you will have to check your personal details, and the address where the order is to be delivered. In addition, you will be asked to choose the method of payment you wish to use (Paypal or by credit card) and to read the purchasing conditions carefully and accept. Should you disagree, we recommend that you do not send your order. You can send us your remarks if you like.

The last page is a summary of your order with the shipping costs. If the information is correct, please confirm the order.

Depending on the method of payment you have chosen, you will be directed to either the La Caixa payment site or the Paypal site. On the bank site you will have to fill in the requested credit card details. On the Paypal site, you will have to fill in your account details. Once the details are filled in, the transaction information will be transmitted to MonOutlet.com. The bank will send you a confirmation e-mail of the transaction as well.

MonOutlet.com will send you an order confirmation as well with all the details regarding your order.

Should you prefer to place your order by phone, please call us during our office hours from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, at (+34)622.342.122. You will be attended to in Spanish or Catalan.

  1. IS THE PRICE REDUCED?


Most of the products we offer are outlet items. Therefore, the prices displayed are already reduced. They are outlet prices. Depending on the product, we generally provide about a 50% discount. Non-outlet products will be marked as seasonal, their prices are not outlet prices, therefore they will not be reduced.


  1. WHAT IS MY SIZE?

Once a product has been selected, the sizes that are available per item will be shown.

In order to make your selection and purchase easier, MonOutlet.com has indicated the size that appears on the product label on the product file. In addition, we have provided a table with the international size equivalents. You can find this in SIZE INFORMATION. The measurement in centimeters of each garment has also been included within this section to compare with garments at home.

We suggest that you read the description of the product in which you will find helpful specifications.

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, whether it does not fit or you simply dislike it, you may return the item by following the steps in section 22 on returns.


  1. HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE OR SOLD OUT?

Please bear in mind that the ítems deposited in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by another customer while you are

browsing. The item is yours once you have made the payment.

As a policy we make an effort to remove products that are sold out as soon as possible, however if a sold-out item is selected at any point, when choosing the size you require, it will not be available.

In the event of a mistake owing to stock problems or any other reason, and the item you bought is sold out, you will be duly notified by e-mail and receive a refund for the total amount.


  1. CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLD OUT OR A SIZE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE?

Should you be interested in an item in a particular size or color that is sold out, please contact us through CUSTOMER SERVICE and send us your size and/or color requirements.

At MonOutlet.com we will make an effort to provide what you want, however these special orders cannot be returned. If we find what you are interested in, you will be notified by e-mail and asked to confirm the order and the delivery time. Once we have received the payment for the order, the transaction will have finalised, and the item may not be returned.

  1. CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may modify the details of your order at any step of the purchase.

If you complete an order by mistake and wish to cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible at info@monoutlet.com or call our customer service number: (+34)622.342.122. We will make an effort to solve the problem. If the order cannot be cancelled, you may return the order following the steps outlined in section 22 on Returns.


  1. HOW CAN I PAY ON MONOUTLET.COM?

You may make the payment in four different ways:

Paypal

When you click on “ COMPLETE ORDER” while on the page confirming the details, the PayPal registration site will appear to access your account and complete your order.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you may create one at www.paypal.es .

Credit card

Through the payment gateway systems of La Caixa. You gain access at the time of confirming the order. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB and AMERICAN EXPRESS from any bank.

Collect on Delivery (C.O.D)

In this case the order must be made by e-mail at info@monoutlet.com or by phone at (+34)622.342.122. There is an additional 5% charge on the purchase price, and the minimum purchase amount is 25€. The courier will not accept checks nor return change, therefore you must prepare the exact amount of the order at the time of delivery.

Please note that for reimbursement it is necessary to have a current account or PO Box.

Bank transfer (T/T)

In this case the order is processed by e-mail through info@monoutlet.com or by dialing (+34)622.342.122.


    10.  CAN I PAY COLLECT ON DELIVERY? AND BY T/T?

If you like you may pay collect on delivery or by T/T. The system is different. First check the products you would like to purchase, then write down the references and make your order either by phone at (+34)622.343.122 from Mon. thru Fri. from 10am to 5pm, or by e-mailing us at info@monoutlet.com . If you decide to pay collect on delivery there is an additional 5% charge on the purchase price plus shipping costs. The minimum purchase amount is 25€.


  1. IS IT SAFE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD ON MONOUTLET.COM?

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will gain direct access to the payment gateway systems of La Caixa, where you will enter the details of your credit or debit card. All transactions are guaranteed by the security, confidentiality and integrity policies offered by La Caixa as well as the security systems provided by our hosting server Nominalia.

At MonOutlet.com we do not keep your credit card details on the web. MonOutlet.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express.

     

     12.  CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

Should you prefer to place your order by phone, please call us during our office hours from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, at (+34)622.342.122 or send an e-mail to info@monoutlet.com.


     13.  HOW DO I KNOW IF MONOUTLET.COM HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation with all the details regarding your purchase.

This does not mean it has been accepted. We confirm acceptance once we have received the payment and checked that the item is in perfect condition. Then the goods are shipped. This process generally takes a day or two, depending on the amount of orders received at that time. If the item is not available, MonOutlet.com will refund the total amount of the item. Once the parcel has been picked up by Envialia, you will be notified by e-mail. In addition, you will receive a daily update of the status of your delivery. The delivery time is usually one to three days depending on the zone.



   14. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

In the SHIPMENTS section, there is a chart of rates per zone. For national shipments there are no further charges. For international shipments there is an additional customs charge, which is not included in the purchase. The customs charges are to be paid for at the moment of receiving the order.


   15. WHAT TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

 

All our goods are subject to 16% VAT for national customers. Customers from EU countries do not have to pay the Spanish VAT nor any other additional tax. For non- EU countries, please check your customs office for detailed information on import customs fees. You will have to cover these.

If you choose to reject the purchase from MonOutlet.com, upon receiving the parcel, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any customs fees and/or taxes, and the cost of the shipment back to our office. This amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund request.


   16.  WHAT COUNTRIES DOES MONOUTLET.COM SHIP TO?

 

MonOutlet.com ships worldwide. For deliveries to Spain and Portugal we use ENVIALIA. For the rest of the world, we use UPS.

Customers from non- EU countries have an additional tax and customs fee to be paid upon receiving the parcel.


   17.  CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS?

No, the delivery service requires a physical address and a signature to certify the delivery of the parcel.


   18.  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

It depends on the delivery zone. Once the order has been placed, the delivery time is one to two days. Your order will be sent upon receiving the payment and verifying the purchased ítems. Once the transport company has the parcel, nationwide deliveries take one to three days. For EU countries it is two to seven days and for other international zones it is from four to fifteen days.

Please note that the transit times are based on weekdays.


  1. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


We do the monitoring. We keep you informed of the status of your order on a daily basis via e-mail. You will receive an e-mail at each stage:

    1. Once the payment for your order has been made the bank will send you a confirmation e-mail of the transaction.

    2. Upon receiving the order we will send you an order confirmation.

    3. When we have sent the parcel to ENVIALIA.

    4. From this point we check the status of the shipment daily and inform you as ENVIALIA only allows us to check the tracking.

   20.  CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

 

At MonOutlet.com we care about our customers’ satisfaction. Should you be dissatisfied with the purchase, whether you dislike the garment or it does not fit, your right of withdrawal may be exercised during the following 7 working days from the date on which you receive the items. The products must be returned within this period of time. We will not accept any returns after this time. Items will not be exchanged either. Refunds will be provided by bank transfer. The transport charges for the first delivery will not be returned. We shall cover the shipping charges of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal will be valid providing that the following conditions are respected:


The items must be returned unused and in the original packing.

The items must not have been worn, laundered or damaged.

The MonOutlet.com identification tags must be attached to the garment with the corresponding sealing.

Returns must be sent to MonOutlet.com in a single shipment ( we reserve the right to refuse any items belonging to the same order , but sent at different times).

Get in contact with us through my account, my order status, or returns and fill in the reasons for the return.

        ● Fill in the “Returns Form” properly including the return number.

Returns must be picked up by the courier within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Please contact ENVIALIA to organize the pick up.

Once the correct refund has been checked and all the terms and conditions have been fulfilled, MonOutlet.com will process the refund. The amount to be refunded will be provided within 30 days.


MonOutlet.com retains the right to refuse to process a refund when the buyer does not fulfill the above terms and conditions. You may obtain a refund for the products in the state in which they have been returned to MonOutlet.com, however all the charges for the return, including the transport, taxes or customs fees will be covered by the buyer. If the buyer refuses to accept these terms, MonOutlet.com may withhold the merchandise and the refund.

The purchase contract will terminate once the goods have been returned. MonOutlet.com will refund the payment made by the user within 30 days by bank transfer.

The courier MonOutlet.com works with is ENVIALIA. All shipments and returns are processed through ENVIALIA. You may return your goods through ENVIALIA. We do not cover shipment fees for returns through other transport companies. You are held responsible for any incurred fees, damage or loss.

   21.  WHAT IS DONE WITH THE PERSONAL DATA SENT TO MONOUTLET.COM?

 

MonOutlet.com guarantees that all personal data will be treated in accordance with our policy of confidentiality and privacy. For more details, please refer to the section on PRIVACY / SECURITY.

The personal details that we request are needed to issue the purchase receipt, which accompanies your order and are only forwarded to ENVIALIA to deliver the goods correctly.

We have no access to your bank details, these are provided directly to La Caixa or PayPal.

When you no longer wish to receive more information, you can unsubscribe by entering your account or notifying us at info@monoutlet.com.


   24.  WHAT IS THE NEW DESIGNERS SECTION ABOUT?

 

This space is reserved for new values. We support talented young designers giving them the opportunity to promote their products. We feature new promising brands that are in style and the products of young designers who are just starting their career.

The products are distributed by brand or designer. Simply select the one you want and all the items that are on offer will come up.

You may find non-outlet items in this section, these will be duly indicated.

Yes! We care a lot about this aspect. Our pictures are taken at a professional studio, and the true colors are respected. For you to be able to see the picture as it is, you would need to have your monitor calibrated. Then the colors would be real.
