RETURNS

Returns are free of charge. Should you be dissatisfied with the purchase, whether you dislike the garment or it does not fit, you may return it. We will provide a refund without the shipping charges by bank transfer. Items cannot be exchanged. The shipment back to us is free.

Items must be returned during the following 7 working days from the date on which you receive the items. We will not accept any returns after this time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

1. The items must be returned unused and in the original packing.

2. The items must not have been worn, laundered or damaged.

3. The MonOutlet.com identification tags must be attached to the garment with the corresponding sealing.

4. Returns must be sent to MonOutlet.com in a single shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any items belonging to the same order , but sent back at different times.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

• Go to the monoutlet.com website.

• Access your account, enter your e-mail and password.

• Go to “my orders” , and in the “returns column” click the “return” icon of the product you wish to return.

• Make sure the details of the item are correct (that there are no mistakes) and list the reasons for the return.

• Upon receiving the message , we shall contact you by e-mail in order to inform you that we have accepted your return, and to forward your return number as well as the contact telephone number of ENVIALIA for the pick up.

• The item must be wrapped and sealed in the original box without removing the original labels. Then call ENVIALIA for them to collect the parcel at your convenience, we shall forward the telephone number by e-mail. Please note that we must receive the parcel within 7 working days from the date you received it.

• We will receive the parcel in three days. Once we have received the parcel, it will be checked to make sure the goods are in perfect conditions and you will receive a confirmation e-mail in which we agree to accept your return. The refund will be provided within 30 days by bank transfer.

MonOutlet.com retains the right to refuse to process a refund when the buyer does not fulfill the above terms and conditions.

If the goods are returned but the above conditions have not been fulfilled, you may obtain a refund for the products in the state in which they have been returned to MonOutlet.com, however all the charges for the return, including the transport, taxes or customs fees will be covered by the buyer. If the buyer refuses to accept these terms, MonOutlet.com may withhold the merchandise and the refund.

If the returned goods arrive with customs charges or taxes from other countries, these amounts will be deducted from the refund.

The purchase contract will terminate once the goods have been returned. MonOutlet.com will refund the payment made by the user within 30 days by bank transfer.

The courier MonOutlet.com works with is ENVIALIA. All shipments and returns are processed through ENVIALIA. You may return your goods through ENVIALIA. We do not cover shipment fees for returns through other transport companies. You are held responsible for any incurred fees, damage or loss.
