Deliveries are sent through the transport company ENVIALIA. The delivery charges are paid for when the order is placed. We are in charge of the daily tracking of the order and solving any problems that may arise.
Upon receipt of the order request, you will be notified by e-mail. Within one or two days, you will be notified again once the parcel has been picked up by ENVIALIA. From that moment, you will receive a daily update of the status of your delivery via e-mail as well. We are in charge of the daily tracking of the order.
The parcel is sent to your address. If you are not home, the courier services will leave you a note. Please contact the courier to agree on the time of delivery. If you are not home during the second attempt to deliver the goods, the package will be left at the nearest ENVIALIA office, and you will have 10 days to pick up the package yourself.
